David Fonseca is a co-owner of Bridge Realtors® and a Navy Veteran.  His approach to real estate focuses on two things: providing the best customer service possible, and staying ahead of the ever-changing market. Customer Service is what makes the difference in choosing a real estate agent, so he will do everything he possibly can to ensure a smooth transaction for you. Because the real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, he is always working to find new ways to help you. He constantly researches the market and property values to help both buyers and sellers get the best prices, and he uses innovative marketing and advertising techniques to help a seller’s property stand out. David focuses on two simple goals; for buyers, he wants to find you a property that you look forward to coming home to every day for years to come, and for sellers, he wants to get the highest sales price possible for their property, maybe even more than they thought possible. David will only work with as many clients as he can effectively handle at a time so he can give every client the time that they deserve.
